Once your load has been booked on Auto Hauler Exchange, you’ll have full visibility into the carrier transporting your vehicle. This includes their company details and contact information for both the driver and the dispatcher. Here’s how to locate everything you need in just a few clicks.
You can view your assigned carrier’s details inside the Load Details page for any shipment.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log in to your AHX Shipper Dashboard.
- Navigate to the load you wish to view and click into it to view the details. This opens the full Load Details screen. You can also search for a specific shipment using the vehicle details, VIN, or Load ID.
- In the Carrier Information box, you’ll see:
- Carrier Company Name
- Email Address
- Driver Name and Phone Number
- Dispatcher Name and Phone Number
Where the Carrier Information Appears
Carrier details will appear in two locations:
1. Within the Load Details Page
2. In Your Email Notifications
Once your load books, you’ll receive a confirmation email showing your assigned carrier. It includes basic information and a link directly to the load.
What If I Don’t See a Carrier Listed Yet?
If the load doesn’t show a carrier listed, it simply means that your load hasn’t been booked by a carrier yet.
You’ll be notified immediately once a carrier books your load.
